PHC360 Nigeria exists because Nigeria's primary healthcare challenges cannot be solved by any single actor. They require sustained collaboration, evidence-based action, and collective accountability.
Nigeria's primary healthcare system faces five interconnected challenges: fragmented stakeholder engagement, policy-implementation gaps, limited private sector integration, weak community linkages, and insufficient innovation pathways.
None of these can be fixed by government alone, or by NGOs alone, or by the private sector alone. PHC360 Nigeria was established in 2025 to create the coordination platform that has long been missing โ a neutral, sustained space for all actors to align, collaborate, and be accountable.
The inaugural PHC360 summit demonstrated the model works โ and set the foundation for the 2026 national expansion.
